油氣(qi)集輸緩蝕劑

一、産(chǎn)品概述

本産品是(shì)以多種咪唑啉衍(yǎn)生物及咪唑啉-氨(an)基酸衍生物複配(pei)而成，成膜🤩性能優(you)異，緩蝕率高；抗分(fen)解性能強，使用量(liang)低。不含金屬及其(qí)它對催化劑有害(hai)物質，對下遊産品(pǐn)和🏃加工🔅過程無影(ying)響。複配構成的液(ye)體緩蝕劑，具有緩(huan)蝕率高、凝固點低(dī)、分散性好♻️、熱💛穩定(ding)性好、低毒等優點(diǎn)，可迅速在金屬表(biǎo)面形成緻密牢固(gu)的保護膜，對多種(zhǒng)腐蝕因素都有較(jiao)強緩蝕性能。本産(chan)品與其🌈它井下用(yòng)劑具有良好的配(pèi)伍性。

Ⅰ、本(ben)産品首次使用時(shí)，應先預膜，加注可(ke)采用連續和間歇(xiē)兩種方❓式。對于含(hán)硫生産氣井（無分(fèn)隔器）建議👣由套管(guǎn)環空加注，經油管(guan)♋返出形成一定循(xun)環體系；對于常關(guān)氣井⭐建議分别從(cong)油、套管加入；對于(yu)油氣集輸管線可(ke)直接加注。

Ⅱ、預膜用(yong)量計算方法：

1、預膜(mó)面積：按氣井油管(guǎn)内、外表面積+套管(guan)内表面積+拟保護(hù)地面管線内表面(miàn)積；

Ⅲ、氣井(jǐng)建議周期性間歇(xie)加注，推薦加藥周(zhōu)期爲30天，每次加量(liang)爲80㎏。

油井建議連續(xù)性加藥，推薦用量(liang)：按産出液計算，推(tui)薦使用濃度200ppm。

四、包(bao)裝、運輸與貯存

包(bāo)裝：200L塑料桶包裝，淨(jing)重200±1kg。

運輸：防日曬、雨(yǔ)淋，應避免與腐蝕(shi)性物品和尖狀物(wù)品混運。

貯存：置于(yú)幹燥、通風庫房，避(bi)免與腐蝕性的物(wù)品混❗放，保質㊙️期1年(nian)。

五、安全與防護

誤食：飲足量溫(wēn)水，催吐，就醫。

操作(zuò)保護：戴PVC、PE或橡膠手(shǒu)套。

This product has the advantages of high corrosion inhibition rate, low freezing point, good dispersion, good thermal stability, low toxicity and so on. This corrosion inhibitor can quickly form a tight and firm protective film on the metal surface, and has a strong corrosion inhibition performance against a variety of corrosion factors.

This product has good compatibility with other downhole agents.

Methods used

Ⅰ、 When the product is first used, the film should be prefabricated. Continuous and intermittent injection can be used. For sulfur-bearing production gas Wells (without separators), it is suggested to refill by casing annulus and return through tubing to form a certain circulation system. It is suggested to add oil and casing respectively to the normally closed gas well.For oil and gas collection and transportation pipelines can be directly injected.

Ⅱ、Calculation method of prefilm dosage:

1. Pre-film area: the sum of the internal and external area of gas well tubing, the surface area of casing and the surface area of the pipeline to be protected;

2. Thickness of prefilm: 75 microns.

3. Gas well recommended periodic intermittent filling, recommended dosing period of 30 days, added amount 80 ㎏ each time.

Packing: 200L plastic drum, net weight 200kg.

ransportation: avoid sunburn and rain. Avoid mixed transportation with corrosive and sharp articles.

Storage: store in dry and ventilated warehouse, avoid mixing with corrosive materials, with a shelf life of 1 year.

Safety & amp; protection

Skin to eye contact: rinse immediately with plenty of water.

Ingestion: drink enough warm water, induce vomiting, seek medical advice.

Peration protection: wear PVC, PE or rubber gloves.
